Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, we may not be able to cancel it, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of your return package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some processing times may vary. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
